HoldATime is online reservation software for shared spaces. Organizations use it to publish a booking page, set fair-use rules, and let people reserve courts, rooms, facilities, parking, and other configured resources instead of using spreadsheets, email, or clipboards.
Who HoldATime is for
Schools, clubs, parks, leagues, and other groups that share courts, rooms, or lots. Administrators set policy. Members, staff, coaches, or guests reserve according to those rules.
What people can reserve
Tennis and pickleball courts, sports fields, meeting rooms, clubhouses, guest parking stalls, and other amenities the organization adds. Multi-unit amenities can number courts or stalls so two groups can book at the same time on different units.
