Extra future-reservation packs can be purchased. One free organization per account on Free. Enterprise requires Contact Us. The School plan is $0 and requires approval.

Approved US public K-12 schools and districts get the School plan at $0.
- Everything in Free Plan plus the following:
- 150 future reservations and a 30-day booking window after approval
- Groups included: create groups, limit a resource to groups, group rules, and group import
- Platform admin approval required. A school or district email domain is required. US public K-12 only
- HoldATime branding stays on and cannot be removed
Private schools, clubs, and HOAs are not eligible. Canada and other countries are not eligible. Apply from Billing after creating a HoldATime organization. Price is $0.

What is the difference between Free, Core, and Pro?
Free includes a public landing page, unlimited amenities and users, 50 future reservations, and a 14-day booking window. Core is $15/month or $150/year and raises capacity to 500 future reservations with a year-ahead window, optional reservation payments, and branding control. Pro is $30/month or $300/year with 1,500 future reservations and the same paid capabilities. Start on Free — no credit card. Approved US public K-12 schools can apply for the School plan from Billing.
What do public schools get?
The School plan is $0 for approved US public K-12 schools and districts. It includes 150 future reservations, a 30-day booking window, and Groups. Branding stays on. Booking fees and custom email stay off. Apply from Billing after signup; a platform admin reviews each application.
Can the School plan remove branding or take payments?
No. Branding stays on and reservation payments stay off. Groups are included. Custom email is not. Upgrade to Core or Pro for branding control, booking fees, and custom email.
Who is not eligible for the School Plan?
Private schools, clubs, HOAs, and schools outside the United States are not eligible. Canada is not eligible. Those organizations use Free, Core, or Pro.
Can we charge booking fees on HoldATime?
Optional Stripe Connect booking fees are available on Core and Pro, not Free or School. Bookers pay at Stripe Checkout. Money goes to your organization’s Stripe account.
Does HoldATime take a cut of amenity payments?
No. When you collect optional booking fees through Stripe Connect, the money goes to your organization. HoldATime’s platform cut is $0. Card processing still comes out of what you receive.
