Parking and overnight

Campsite reservation software for tent and RV pads

HoldATime reserves campsite tent and RV pads as numbered units with multi-day holds — Pad 1, RV-4 — the same resource model as overnight parking. Parks and clubs use it so two rigs are not assigned the same pad. It is not a campground property-management system and does not meter utilities.

How to set it up

Create Tent Pads and RV Pads as two resources when stay rules or lengths differ, and number each pad. Enable overnight or multi-day stays so a weekend hold crosses calendar days.

Add optional questions for vehicle length or hookup needs. Hang a QR poster at the host stand or pad spur. Guest parking and overnight parking are the closest related setups.

  • Create tent-pad and RV-pad resources and number each pad (Pad 1, RV-4).
  • Turn on multi-day stays and set a maximum length of stay.
  • Add questions for vehicle length or hookups if you need them.
  • Post a QR code at the host stand or at the pad.

Who it is for

Municipal parks, clubs, and churches that share a small campground without a campground PMS.

Frequently asked questions

Can you reserve tent or RV pads with HoldATime?

Yes. Number each pad, enable multi-day holds, and optionally ask for vehicle length or hookups. Guests get a QR pass for the pad.

Is HoldATime a campground management system?

No. It does not meter electric, run store inventory, or replace a campground PMS. Pads use the same resource, units, and overnight hold as parking.

How do pad units and QR work?

Pad 1 is independent of RV-4. The host-stand poster opens availability; the pass shows the pad name and stay dates.

Where do we start after picking campsite pads?

Create the pad resources, number units, enable overnight stays, then publish. Overnight parking is the closest walkthrough.
