Lanes and numbered bays

Golf simulator and driving range bay reservations

HoldATime reserves golf-simulator and driving-range bays as numbered stalls. Clubs and entertainment venues hold Bay 3 for an hour without a clipboard at the pro shop.

How to set it up

Add Simulators or Range Bays as one resource with a unit per bay. A booking holds that stall only, so an open bay stays available.

Set an hour or half-hour maximum, a buffer to reset the stall, and who may book. Optional fees can sit on the resource. This is not a tee-sheet or tournament system.

  • Create the bay resource and number each simulator or range stall.
  • Set session length and a short turnover buffer.
  • Choose who may book and whether you collect a fee.
  • Place a QR poster at the bay or the shop counter.

Who it is for

Clubs, indoor golf venues, and rec centers that share simulators or range stalls.

Frequently asked questions

Can you reserve golf-simulator bays with HoldATime?

Yes. Number each bay, set a session length, and let people hold a stall from the booking page or a QR poster.

Is HoldATime a tee-sheet product?

No. It does not run 18-hole tee times or handicaps. Simulator and range bays use the same numbered-unit resource as lanes.

How do bay units and QR work?

Bay 2 is independent of Bay 3. The poster opens availability; the pass shows the bay and time at the stall.

Where do we start after picking golf bays?

Create the resource, add bays, set duration, then publish. The catalog lists other numbered-bay types.
