Racquetball and squash court reservation software
HoldATime books racquetball and squash courts the same way it books tennis: short holds, numbered indoor courts, and a poster on the gallery door. Clubs and rec centers use it so one pair cannot stack every prime-time slot.
How to set it up
Add Racquetball as one resource with Court 1–6, or split squash when the rules differ. Each booking holds one court for the duration you set — often 30 or 45 minutes.
Cap how far ahead members can book and how many holds they can stack. Optional Groups keep guest hours separate from member play. A QR poster at the gallery replaces the paper sheet on the door.
- Name the resource and number each indoor court.
- Set a short maximum duration and daily hold limits.
- Decide who may book and whether guests need approval.
- Print a QR poster for the gallery or locker hallway.
Who it is for
Athletic clubs, campus rec centers, and indoor racquet programs that share a gallery of courts.

Frequently asked questions
Can you reserve racquetball or squash courts with HoldATime?
Yes. Number each indoor court, set a short duration, and let members hold a slot from a phone or the QR poster on the gallery door.
Do we need racquet-club software for squash?
Not if you only need shared-court booking. HoldATime is not a membership-and-lessons club OS; it is a resource calendar with rules and QR passes.
How do units and QR work on indoor courts?
A hold on Court 3 does not block Court 4. The poster opens live availability; the pass shows which court and time were reserved.
Where do we start after picking squash or racquetball?
Create the resource, add court units, set short holds and who may book, then hang the poster. See the court setup story for fair-use caps.
