Can we require approval before a clubhouse booking is confirmed?
Yes. Optional staff or board approval keeps large events from landing on the calendar until someone reviews them. Cleaning buffers and duration caps still apply.
How do we stop back-to-back parties with no cleanup time?
Set a cleanup buffer between bookings on that amenity. Hourly blocks and all-day holds can use different rules than a smaller meeting room.
Is this only for HOAs?
No. Clubs, campuses, and civic centers can use the same clubhouse flow. HOAs that also need property rosters and violations can use HOAResidents.com, which includes the same booking tools.
