Specialty and other unique uses
Ice rink and curling sheet reservation software
HoldATime books ice rinks and curling sheets as numbered ice time for clubs and public skate. A hold on Sheet 2 does not block Sheet 3.
How to set it up
Create the rink or curling club as a resource with a unit per sheet, plus a whole-ice resource for public skate if needed.
This is not a league or live-scoring product.
- Number each sheet or add a whole-ice public-skate resource.
- Set session or draw length.
- Use Groups for clubs versus public skate.
- Hang a QR poster at the lobby or ice door.
Who it is for
Municipal rinks, curling clubs, and schools that share ice.

Frequently asked questions
Can you reserve ice rinks or curling sheets with HoldATime?
Yes. Number each sheet or book whole-ice windows. Clubs and public skate pick an open block from the lobby poster.
Do we need rink-management software?
Not for the calendar. HoldATime does not run concessions or league standings. It reserves named ice time.
How do sheet units and QR work?
Sheet 2 is independent of Sheet 3. The lobby poster opens availability; the pass shows the sheet and time.
Where do we start after picking ice or curling?
Create the ice resource, add sheets, set duration and Groups, then publish. Sports fields cover a similar numbered-surface setup.
