Karaoke room reservation software

HoldATime books karaoke rooms as room resources with a duration cap, a cleaning buffer, and optional approval. Entertainment venues and rec centers use it so two parties are not assigned the same room.

How to set it up

Name each karaoke room, or use one resource with Room A–D as units. Set a session length long enough for a party and a buffer to reset the room.

Add approval or a deposit question when you need a hold reviewed. Hang a QR poster at the host stand. This is the same room flow as a clubhouse — not a karaoke-hardware product.

  • Create each karaoke room or number units under one resource.
  • Set duration and a cleaning buffer between parties.
  • Turn on approval or a deposit question if you need them.
  • Post a QR code at the host stand or room door.

Who it is for

Entertainment venues, student unions, and rec centers with private karaoke rooms.

Frequently asked questions

Can you reserve karaoke rooms with HoldATime?

Yes. Treat each room as a resource or numbered unit, set a party-length maximum, and optionally require approval before the hold sticks.

Do we need a karaoke-specific product?

No. Karaoke rooms use the same HoldATime room flow as clubhouses. There is no separate karaoke module.

How do room units and QR work?

Room B is independent of Room C. The host-stand poster opens availability; the pass shows the room and time.

Where do we start after picking karaoke rooms?

Create the rooms, set duration and buffers, add questions if needed, then publish. The clubhouse story covers approvals.
